Healing Service, Medway

Father Francisco Anzoategui will celebrate Mass, followed by an opportunity for individual prayer, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village Street. Confession is available from 6:00 to 6:50 p.m. Elevator access from the parking lot level. A free-will offering will be taken.

Healing Service, Duxbury

A Healing Service, led by Deacon Jack Sullivan, will take place in the chapel at Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street, on the third Friday of every month. The event will begin with Evening Prayer at 5:00 p.m., followed by Benediction before the Healing Service. In July 2009, Pope Benedict XVI announced that Deacon Jack’s sudden and remarkable healing from a crippling spinal injury -- after prayer for Cardinal John Henry Newman’s intercession -- was a miracle, which led to Cardinal Newman’s beatification in September 2010. Lenten Retreat, Stoneham

Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Parish, 71 Central Street, for a retreat led by Father Sijo Jacob, CMI. The day will include the Stations of the Cross, two talks, a Healing Mass, and a deliverance prayer. Light refreshments will be provided. The Hingham Collaborative is hosting Father Kevin O’Brien, SJ, author of “An Ignatian Adventure” (19th annotations of the Spiritual Exercises) and his latest, “Seeing With the Heart: A Guide to Navigating Life’s Adventures,” at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 24, and Tuesday, March 25, at Resurrection (1057 Main Street). These nights will be free and open to the public, with ample parking.

A Healing Mass will be celebrated by Father Carlos Suarez, assisted by Deacon Dave Giangiordano, at Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton Street, at 10:00 a.m. The Mass will include the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, as well as individual prayer for healing. All are welcome!
