NEW YORK (CNS) -- Here are some television program notes for the week of Oct. 29 with their TV Parental Guidelines ratings if available. They have not been reviewed and therefore are not necessarily recommended by Catholic News Service.

Sunday, Oct. 29, 8-9 p.m. EDT (ABC) "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." This classic Halloween special, featuring Charles M. Schulz's beloved "Peanuts" characters, first aired in 1966.

Wednesday, Nov. 1, noon-1:30 p.m. EDT (EWTN) "Solemn Mass of All Saints." From the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, the eucharistic liturgy for All Saints' Day (TV-G -- general audience).

Wednesday, Nov. 1, 9-10 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Killer Hurricanes." In this episode of the series "Nova," experts reconstruct the Great Hurricane of 1780 to help predict the risk of future mega-storms.

Friday, Nov. 3, 9-10:30 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Noel Coward's Present Laughter." Kevin Kline, Kate Burton and Cobie Smulders star in Noel Coward's comedy about a self-obsessed actor. A "Great Performances" presentation.

Saturday, Nov. 4, 8-9:30 p.m. EDT (EWTN) "The Jeweller's Shop." Film adaptation of the play written by Karol Wojtyla, the future Pope John Paul II. It tells he story of two sets of Polish spouses and their experiences during World War II (TV-PG -- parental guidance suggested).
