CatholicTV to feature bicentennial
WATERTOWN -- CatholicTV announced today that its live program, “This is the Day” on Tuesday, April 8th will be expanded to one hour to honor the bicentennial of four United States archdioceses.
April 8 is the actual date in 1808 that the dioceses of Boston, Louisville, New York and Philadelphia were established. “This Is The Day” hosts Father Robert Reed and Jay Fadden will welcome scheduled guests Cardinal Seán P. O’Malley and Archbishop Joseph Kurtz of Louisville. Also scheduled to appear are representatives from New York and Philadelphia.
“This Is The Day” can be seen live at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern) and will be rebroadcast at 8 p.m. and throughout the week (Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Thursday at 11 a.m.), with a new live show airing on Friday at 10:30 a.m. The series can be seen on demand at CatholicTV.com or can be subscribed to at iTunes.
