CatholicTV Lenten programming features new mini-series, podcasts
NEWTON -- CatholicTV in Boston (BCTV) has a new Lenten mini-series and podcasts for this special season. The mini-series features Father Lenny Tighe examining the icon “The Raising of Lazarus.” Father Tighe’s six-part series can be seen Mondays at 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 3:30 a.m., Thursdays at noon and 9 p.m. and Sundays at 3:30 p.m. throughout the Lenten season.
A new Lenten reflection airs every day on CatholicTV and can be seen at any time on the station’s home page www.CatholicTV.org. These Lenten reflections are offered by Phyllis Calvey from Lighthouse Ministry. Meanwhile, Cardinal Seán P. O’Malley has also produced his own Lenten reflections as part of his “CardinalCast” series that are available for downloading at www.iCatholic.com. At this special “site within a site,” the Lenten reflections are available to download along with Father Robert Reed’s “the priest” podcasts.
