Pilgrim Statue to visit archdiocese
The Pilgrim Statue of the Immaculate Heart of Mary blessed and crowned by Pope John Paul II, will be on display at several locations in the archdiocese between June 5 and June 8, including the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston on June 7.
This Statue belongs to the Heralds of the Gospel, an International Association of Pontifical Right mainly comprised of young people. Its members practice celibacy, are entirely dedicated to apostolate, and live in separate houses designated for young men and women. Their lives of recollection, study and prayer alternates with evangelizing activities in different parishes focusing on the formation of young people.
