Breslin named president/CEO of Youville Assisted Living Residences

Nicole Breslin will be assuming the role of president and CEO of the Youville Assisted Living Residences effective Nov. 30, taking over for retiring president/CEO Joanne Parsons. In her new role, Breslin will oversee the two Youville communities: Youville House, located in Cambridge, and Youville Place, located in Lexington.

Breslin currently serves as the administrator at Campion Health Center in Weston, a 34-bed skilled nursing facility and a 36-bed rest home that is managed by Covenant Health, the same Catholic, non-profit health and elder care system that has sponsored Youville Assisted Living since 2008.

Prior to her role at Campion Health Center, Breslin served as an Operations Specialist and Operations Support Specialist for Covenant Health for seven years.

According to Ken Ferron, Vice President of Post-Acute Care Operations for Covenant Health, "Nicole was an outstanding choice in our mind not only because of her background, but also her proven history of achieving results through effective collaboration, transparent communication and personal accountability."

As Youville's incoming president and CEO, Breslin will continue to promote the mission and values of Youville Assisted Living in partnership with Youville's board of directors. She will work to maintain an engaging living environment and to ensure that high-quality, person-centered care is provided to those served by the organization. Breslin will provide daily leadership and oversight of all organizational operations, including finance, staffing, compliance and external relations.
