Archbishop Seán P. O’Malley has announced the appointment of three new pastors, these three appointments are all to parishes in the city of Boston. On Sept. 1, 2004, Father Thomas S. Foley will become pastor of St. Ann Parish, Neponset and Father Paul R. Soper will become pastor of the new parish, Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta, also in Dorchester. Father Michael J. Harkins will become the new pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas in Jamaica Plain on Sept. 20, 2004.
